Total Package Cost per month – £2900 + VAT
Included in package:
- 28 hours per month remote support (equivalent of 4 days)
- Response time no longer than 24 hours
Silver Package:
Total Package Cost per month – £4350 +VAT
Included in package:
- 42 hours per month remote support (equivalent of 6 days)
- Response time no longer than 24 hours
Diamond Package:
Total Package Cost per Month – £6525 +VAT
Included in package:
- 63 hours per month remote support (equivalent of 9 days)
- 1 day on site support per month
- Response time no longer than 24 hours
Platinum Package:
Total Package Cost per Month – £8700 + VAT
Included in package:
- 84 hours per month remote support (equivalent of 12 days)
- 2 day on site support per month
- Response time no longer than 24 hours
