Diamond Package:
Total Package Cost per Month – £4350 +VAT
Included in package:
- 50 hours per month remote support (equivalent of 7 days)
- 1 day on site support per month
- Response time no longer than 24 hours
Platinum Package:
Total Package Cost per Month – £6825 + VAT
Included in package:
- 75 hours per month remote support (equivalent of 10 days)
- 2 day on site support per month
- Response time no longer than 24 hours
